After several calls and three refund letters, the company still has not refunded me anything on the two unopened bottles of their product that I had sent
back to the company in Oct 2007. And yet the company in their advertisement guarauntees a refund.

Whenever I call their is always someone with a foreign accent saying there is no one there to answer my call and that someone would get back to me which they never do.

They have charged my credit card with porn dvds that I have sent back but never taken off my account. They have charged my account with another bottle of their product even after I called to cancel my order.

And the personnel that they have working for them are crude and disrespectful.
