This company has failed to use ethical practices.
My concern went unanswered as we had to switch providers for dropped calls, not one or two, but vertually every call.
They offered to refund my account if I could provide proof I switched providers, which I did.
They did not refund me. They sent me a cancellation bill for around $1900.00. I called and called, over 8 calls, on hold, told to send in documentation over and over. No results. They sent my account to collections for around 4000.00, (?).
To this day this is not resolved, it has been over 8 months.
If you want a good company to work with for telecommunications, this is not a good choice.

I would like to acknowledge the resolution of this issue by the Customer Care staff at Birch.
Per a request from Jared Williams, PR Manager, I emailed him directly at (jared.williams[at]birch[dot]com). He escalated my complaint and I was contacted shortly thereafter by a Birch representative to which a mutual agreed upon resolution was settled on. This was resolved within hours of contacting Jared- thank you for your assistance.
