Birch Communications Trying to charge me $600 for eariy termination. First Birch employee instructed me to send $100.00 Atlanta Georgia

i agreed to five years service with this company.$60.00 a month. I had to close store two months early and contacted Birch to arrange payment for the last two months which should have been $120.00 which I was preparing to pay. But NO they want $600.00 for early termination even thogh I am going to pay them for the remaining two months So I am not terminating my agreement with them early. , They are getting the price agreed on and I dont know why it should matter to them whether I am still in business since they are getting the amount agreed on and are not losing a penney.

They have been rude and demanding and are showing to be a very predatory company. One Birch employee called me and said to send $100.00 termination but  Birch continues to demand $600.00 for which there is no reason.Unless they are having financial difficulties??? Or is it simple greed? I WILL send $120.00 as I feel I owe this but dont like being bandied about as a second class citizen.as well as stupid and will not pay the unreasonable $600.00. I have flied a report on them to the Federal Trade Commission. seems the best thing under these conditions'Too bad all companies cant be reasonable.and legal.
