I honestly feel very disappointed with this company. I had booked a $340 package that was inclusive of a Toy Story Jumper, clown entertainer and a Buzz Lightyear character. This was for my sons 4th birthday party on May 12, 2012. A lady came dressed up as a clown at first to the event. I was embarrassed when I told her that this is the birthday boy (my son next to me) because she then asked, Are you the birthday boys father?, I will need the $100 (remaining balance). I was embarrassed because she asked me in front of the guests instead of being discrete or at least did her job first before asking for the payment.  She did not do a great job at balloon twisting and even said to the crowd that it wasnt her day to do balloon twisting (having trouble creating different objects/animals), so she suggested face painting. She had no enthusiasm what so ever. Her face painting was worst than the balloon twisting. My son asked if he can get his face painted as a monkey. She said that she never painted a monkey on a face before and ended up making something that looks like a dog. She even suggested to change the monkey into a puppy. She felt bad and told him to wash it off and she will do something else, that looked worse than Mike Tysons face tattoo. She kept erasing my sons face painting because it was a mess. My wife had to go get wet napkins for her to erase when she did it a second time later that night. I told her to just stop doing the balloon twisting and face painting (after my sons first face painting) and just put on the Buzz Lightyear costume. She said that she wasnt able to do 40 minutes with just carnival games, but I said she can just go because it was so awful (without completing the 1 hour agreed performance). The carival games were as disappointing as the balloon twisting and face painting. We had a Buzz Lightyear who suppose to speak with might and confidence, but turned out sounding, but of course a lady that was the clown. She asked the guests and even myself to guide her because she cannot see too well out of the costume, so of course the kids felt someone was in a costume since Buzz Lightyears eyes are on top and she goes close to the kids telling them to guide her. My mom came to me and said that she cant find her face painting brush, so I help this lady look for it. The brush was in her bag with all of her balloons. The lady Buzz Lightyear asked my wife to have someone pick up all her game stuff because she cant see well. Its not like Disneyland were you have professional people of two that guides the person in the costume. I was so embarrassed. The party ended up being a joke with people so disappointed with this clown/Buzz Lightyear. To summarize, the person sent for my sons event wasnt prepared enough for her job, doesnt have good report with kids/guest, lack of energy and not an entertainer at all. After cutting the cake, she didnt even say that she is leaving or any good byes. I could have saved nearly $270 getting the Toy Story Jumper instead. Yes, this is 1-866-676-1374. Update: I spoke with the general manager named Carlos on May 14 and he was very professional/accommodating with my complaints. He offered a refund of $220 which I received on Thursday, May 17 and also offered a free party character for my next event. This went well beyond my expectations with no questions asked other than what had happened during my son's 4th birthday. I cannot bring the day back nor be disappointed because Carlos really showed compassion and refunded me money. Thank you Carlos for your timely response and resolution.
