Bissell Carpet Cleaners bissell carpet products-s***- are cheap garbage!!!! Grand Rapids Michigan

I wanted to let you know about my Bissell and the job it did on my floors prior to Christmas 2015.  I wanted everything to be perfect for guests who were visiting for the Holiday. The water I vacuumed up from heavy foot traffic was filthy.  No one would believe the floors had that much dirt and dust in them.

They looked great after they were cleaned!  The spots were resolved and the floor was much brighter than before I'd started to clean them. But do you know why the carpets looked great?  It wasn't in any way related to your product.  I got down on my hands and knees and scrubbed the carpets with a scrub brush until my knuckles bled!

Your inadequately conceived, horrendously designed, piece of s**t of a rug cleaner was broken as usual! There wasn't one single time I used that piece of garbage where one or a few components had fallen off, cracked or some other failure occured.  I can't tell you how many times I had to glue back pieces of cheap plastic or cut threads off of the bottom roller so it could function.

I cross-train, meaning that I swim, box, run and lift weights.  This was too heavy for me to lift!It's unwieldy, the plug gets stuck on everything, the solution dispenser leaks. I never once saw the head of the device haul the water in a reverse flow up through the head like it was supposed to do.  There wasn't one aspect of this hunk of s*** that was designed properly!

When I called your lame customer service, they were as useless as the product.  But that's manufacturing in today's world.  "Let's just slap it together, who cares if it functions properly or not.  As long as we get our money." I have pictures of what I thought of your shitful excuse for a product.  I absolutely annihilated it!  The only better Christmas present for me would've been to smash it over the ignorant foreigners' heads who assembled it or the CEO of the company's skull who endorsed it.  Oh by the way, I intend to smear your name all over the web so that no other innocent consumers overpay for this inexcusable fraud of a product!

In stark contrast, we have also owned a (((REDACTED))) vacuum cleaner for 10 years and never once had a problem with it.  But that's what happens when the manufacturer gives a d**n about what they do.
