BizAccess.net and BizAccess.net/career advertises via the internet and print media for people to 'Earn $30 per hour answering phone calls and emails.'

When one joins with BizAccess, one becomes an Independent Representative for BizAccess. The Rep is required to pay $500 for 'optional equipment' according to the contract. There is no 'optional equipment' involved. It is software that BizAccess allows you to access. And...there is really no way to work with their firm unless you purchase the 'optional' equipment. They do offer an optional compensation plan if you do not purchase the optional equipment, where one can do their own advertising, etc., however; in their contract documents they specifically state that the Rep is not allowed to disclose any information about BizAccess, including the existence of BizAccess.

Once you purchase the so-called equipment,BizAccess will then send you another contract stating that if you do not pay an additional $7,000 minimum, you will not be eligible to work. Oh, and they offer financing, but they do not tell you the interest rate, and they make you give them power of attorney over you.

Additionally, their contracts read that you will be 'Eligible' to work. That doesn't mean that they will actually give you work.

And...their contracts also read that they can terminate their contract with you at any time, without notice. So, essentially, you are paying them, or taking out a loan with them, to pay yourself a salary. And...like I said before, they can terminate your contract at any time. Oh, and by the way, their contracts have changed three times in the past 3 months.

This company is based out of Las Vegas, Nevada, where ficticious corporations are allowed to exist. This company states that it has been in business since 1998, however, Corporation Commission reports of Nevada prove that they started their company in April of 2004.

On top of everything, when one does finally work with BizAccess, they are required to 'chat' online with potential customers. BizAccess hints that it does business with major vendors. One gets the inclination that they would be doing customer service support for some of these big name vendors. That is not the case at all. In reality, you chat with other people that you try to scam into giving up their $500 to do the same thing that you do. You are only signing up other potential victims. This is a major SCAM.
