On 2 September I ordered a downloadable software title from Bizzsales Software. I was provided with the download link and product key. Upon installation the software key caused the version of interest to be installed but not to activate. I informed Bizzsales Software by e-mail that the product would not activiate and I was provided with a second product key within 24 hours. Very impressive customer service I thought. However, the second product key would not cause the product to activate either. I then informed Bizzsales Software by e-mail of the second activation failure. I received no response. A few days later I sent an e-mail using both PM and the e-mail within the Bizzsales Software My Account webpage that I wanted a refund. To date I have not received a response to either message nor the refund to my PayPal account.
Be very leary if you plan to do business with this outfit.

Well, on 5 October the seller finally responded by refunding the funds paid, but only after the issue was escalated through the PayPal Resolution Center.
