This guy was supposed to complete a concrete patio, front step and driveway. After paying him a down payment he stopped answering calls and did not show up to complete the work.

The person behind all of the scams name is Larry or Lawrence k. Hurst (((Redacted)))/1964. He will say or do anything to get your money. Larry Hurst is a drug addict do not trust this POS!! After doing a little research I've found that scaming prople is what he does for a living. Fraud charges have been filed so hopefully it will stop him or at least make the public more aware of this scum.
