Black Book VIP Rochelle Brown Rents units in her name and then sublets them to other people using a different company name then doesnt pay the rent due using numerous excuses and makes changes to existing contract without approval from the owner , and now have an attorney to evict her from the contract even though another person is living in my house atlanta Georgia

Not trustworthy, rents a unit claiming to be living in it, then sublets it to other people collecting deposits and rent from those poeple, but refuses to pay rent she owes then wants to pay less rent than contract states, only to cause more confusion and delay any payment expected. sends a bad check for payment, makes ridiculous excuses for non payment of rent. do not do business with this woman.

Definitely True that Black Book Inc is Thieving company

 Rochelle Brown and The Black Book Inc-an S Corp has been sued and has a Legal Judgment of $21,000 for NonPayment of Rent to Owners of said rentals. She is a crook in Georgia , also from Pennsylvania, also from Delaware. She moves constantly after stealing as much money as she can.

This complaint is false.  Whoever posted this information has never done business with our company.  They have listed a wrong business telephone number, wrong business address and referred to the company as Black Book VIP.  The only thing correct in this posting is our website which is public.  Any indiviual or company who has done business with us knows our legal name is THE BLACK BOOK, INC, a legitimate S corporation holding company and has all of company information correctly.

Our corporate housing entity which legally rents units to qualified renters and works with landlords of residential properties as well as property management companies who represent residential buildings, does not operate under THE BLACK BOOK or any false alias.  This posting is unmeritous and not credible. We have NOT nor EVER operated as BLACK BOOK VIP. This seems like a person who was upset that they were either evicted or denied rental base on our stringent rental guidlines as a prosepctive tenant.  Please do not take this posting seriously. We have not done business with the person who posted this false and defamatory report.

Great Reliable Company

I have worked with The Black Book, Inc and their corporate housing affliate for over 2 years with 2 of my investment properties, The Terminus and 12 Atlantic Station.  Ms. Brown and her property managers are professional and reliable.  We have never had any problems. The rent is always on time and her corporate relocation clients are great tenants. They vent the client heavily based on background, credit and eviction history. The first tenant I received from her company paid me 3 months rent upfront! I am not sure who posted the above complaint but I find it to be untrue. We will continue to do business with the company and will purchase more investment properties for their company to manage and represent in their inventory. I highly recommend doing business with her company and encourage others to disregard the post.

Please do not take this posting seriously.  This person has NOT done legitimate business with The Black Book, INC. This person has referred to many inaccurate statements, one being the name of the company. If this company had done business they would know our legal business name and entity information as we are registered with the secretary of state in the state of Georgia. The Black Book INC is a holding company, we have a housing company which conducts all of our housing business, under a completely seperate name that is not The Black Book or any other name referencing The Black Book.

If this complaint was legitimate they would know. The only VIP in our name is the website and email as a catchy title. We are not registered by NOR refered to "BLACK BOOK VIP" by ANY of our clients. This seems like a person or persons who was denied rental access based on their eviction history and criminal background check.  Please do not take this site and posting serious. The information is unmeritous and not credible.

Please note that Rip Off Report is a public forum, essentially a blog site, which allows users over the age of 14 (basically anyone school aged and older) to post FREE unmoderated and uncorrobarrated complaints by creating an anonymous account using an unconfirmed email address.
