Blackmon Mooring is a company that is full of no integrityand unethical treatment of their customers. My entire house had been engulfed with flames; it would be the start of destroying my families chance of being able to live normally for months. Upon minutes of the firefighters leaving they prayed upon us like vultures. While we were searching for our beloved tortie calico cat Gucci, a fast talking employee was quick to descend on my distraught husband and myself. He was trying to shove paperwork into our hands, feeding us lies of how nothing would be the same unless we signed this right away. This was only the start of the never ending lies that Blackmon began to feed us. We were signing away our chance of normalcy with this company who cares about nothing but money. Our personal welfare was in no importance to them as they began to destroy my husband, my daughters, and my own chance to live in our home normally again.         . [continued below]....

 The next couple of weeks where hard, Blackmon told us that they were going to be removing our furniture from our home and restoring the damage that the fire had caused. Our cat Gucci was still missing, they made promises that they would look for her while they were in the home. Staying in a hotel, we left our trust in this company. My husband had tried to visit our home in hopes of being able to pick up personal belongings but he was constantly ushered out of the home. They told him it was too dangerous for someone who was not a technician to be there.
My husband never saw trucks, or cleaning companies just an employee or two walking around to kick him out upon arrival. I began to call Blackmon on updates, and would constantly be put on hold, or they would tell me they would
give me a call back upon receiving any information on our home, but never did.

 Months later they told us we could go home, my family was ecstatic. Upon returning home no one was there to meet us. We walked in to a familiar smell, Fire. My husband quickly began to call Blackmon while my daughter and I explored the
house. Her playrooms wall still had reminisce of a black marks and smell from the fire. Our master bedroom set was still destroyed as if it had never moved from the home. It was like they were trying to febreeze our home and call it a
day. My life cant just be masked. As people say if you take trash and paint it gold, its still trash. That is how Blackmon Mooring was treating my family, as if we were trash. We called our insurance adjuster to let them know what had
happened, and she stuttered to tell me Blackmon Mooring had been paid for our house already and she apologized to us but there was nothing that she could do.

 I refuse to have this be the end, No one should be forced to endure the horror my family is, as we cannot live in our home, and are having to hire a company out of our pocket. We have to inconvenience our own family because Blackmon Mooring decided that they couldnt be inconvenienced by mine.  Everyone needs to steer clear from this horrible company if you want any chance of normalcy to be able to return from your fire. A fire is no laughing matter but it seems Blackmon was only worried about laughing their way to the bank. You all deserve to be warned.

Between the dates of 12-8-11 and 12-11-11, our Company had an onslaught of negative reviews online. We have made every attempt to identify each customer and rectify any suspected service issues. Upon further investigation, many of the statements could prove false and the said customers are completely unidentifiable. Due to our research, we believe these comments were placed online maliciously by an unethical competitor. thead@bmsmanagement.com for resolution. Otherwise, we respectively request that the fraudulent posts be removed.
