On 11/24/2012, at 9:07am I contacted a company out of South Carolina, Blackout Brass (BB), in regards to a product they were offering for sell.

On 11/24/2012, at 11:44am BB responded with a quote including shipping of $1,317.50 dollars for the product and quantity that I had requested.

On 11/24/2012, at 1:07pm I responded with, thank you.

On 11/24/2012, at 05:04pm a representative of BB responded with the follow:
You are most welcome. We are getting ready to take on some rather large commercial orders in the coming weeks through the holidays. So if this is something you are interested in, the sooner you place your order the better. We are considering suspending retail orders during this period.

On 12/10/2012 at 4:30pm, I purchased and mailed through USPS a bank cashiers check for $1,317.50.

On 12/10/2012 at 5:10pm BB respond with "We will let you know when it arrives."

From this e-mail until now it has been almost impossible to communicate with Blackout Brass.  It has now been 14 weeks of which they have had my money.  They will not respond to e-mails or phone calls.
