Blackstone Financial Blackstone Litigation, Blackstone Active Litigation, Blackstone this company calls people, threatening that a process server will serve papers soon,unless I call a toll free number. Ontario, California

I was called by a person who would not identify herself or her company; she said that the State of California was going to serve me in a few days with papers unless I called 877-622-3291 and settled a dispute.  I called,and the receptionist put me on hold; they she said she would transfer me to a supervisor; he answered and put me on hold (I felt they were trying to intimidate me) and then he asked for last 4 digits of my social, which I refused to give.  He finally told me I owed money to a credit card company; I may, but I asked them to send the information to me so I could validate it.  They wouldn't .  He started screaming at me that I was 'in litigation" and they would send me the paperwork.  This was news to me.  I checked this out online, and many people are victimized by this group.  They may be bill collectors, but I don't know....it's a funny way to go after debt.   One post even said they're NOT bill collectors; that she paid a bill she didn't owe.  They also said they would send 'paperwork' to my theatre group, and they had the addresss.  I'm assuming they investigated me on My Space...very creepy.    I'd like the harrassment stopped OR paperwork sent.  Either way, this company sounds like a total scam.
