I answered a newspaper ad for plowing. he came with a contract on nov. 13/12 I paid in full and when we had the 2 big storms he never came. I paid someone else to plow the first time, and the second came on a weekend.

He also hit the mailbox on the first visit a few days later to clean up driveway. And my yard is a mess.
