I had some work done by Blackwelder Pump and Irrigation, but was not fixed right (I paid upfront).  It has been a complete nightmare getting Brian the owner to come back and complete the work.  He constantly lies about when he will come and he never shows up.  He never answers his calls or returns the calls.  This is the absolute worst company and worst owner I ever dealt with.  AVOID BLACKWELDER PUMP AND IRRIGATION!!!  PS Be forewarned-Brian Blackwelder owns and operates Diamond Sports of Volusia baseball and softball training.  So definitely avoid that place also since he treats customers so bad.  Check out his online reviews and how the BBB says he avoids answering complaints.
