Blade Empire Weapons Fraud! Piss poor service! Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Blade-Empire has a flashy website but that is where the problem lies. The website show lots of nice weapons in full color that makes you want to buy from them. Their website states orders will be shipped in 5 to 8 business days! Thank you for shopping with! Normal delivery

That is BULL SH-T! They offer toll free phone numbers and email addresses to contact them. The website states emails will be responded to between 1 and 24 hours this is SUPER BS. If you call them they don't answer the phone and the voice mail says the best way to reach them is by email.

On Friday, June 29, 2012 at 1:25PM I placed an order for a blow gun and darts totaling $40.05. I received a confirmation order on Friday June 29th 2012 at 3:25 pm. The confirmation included exactly what I ordered. Their website states shipping occurs 5 to 8 business days.

Today is July 24 and the product has not arrived.

On July 16th I called and left a message and sent an email as well No response! I sent the following message It has been 18 days since this was ordered. Shipping companies still move product over weekends. Can you provide me any tracking information?

On July 18th I called and left a message. As per the message on their phone which says it is best to email as they will respond in 1 to 24 hours.  I sent the following message: Hello, I need your help.

Can you please provide me with the tracking number for this order? It has been beyond the 8 business days for delivery. Thank you. No Response!

On Friday July 20th I called again and again sent an email with the following info: Hello, your website states email replies in less than 24 hours but is is longer than 24 hours. NO Response!

What is the status of my order? You were paid July 3rd but had card approval prior to response!

Today I am calling the credit card company and claiming fraud from this company and asking them to reverse the transaction. I will be emailing this information to the Better Business .
