I have information on where Blair Strasser is and know the new companys he has started. He is now living in Kapaa, Hawaii on the island of Hawaii.

I have found 5 names that he is using as of this date.

He has started new companies providing credit card processing. Many people are coming in and out of his house and I have heard phone conversations ;(several phones calls all at the same time) and also someone on a speaker phone coaching them on what to say and what not to say to the people they are talking to and how to get these people to sign on with them.

Wanted to update this ripoff report as I know that many people have been ripped off by this guy.

He travels back and forth to the mainland for "business"

He's hiding out here on the island.

Does anyone have a picture of this guy? I would like to see if this is the same person I think it is. If it is he is living next door to me

Original Report: Blair Strasser is conducting a scam through offering website design and development services by sending unsolicited emails to consumers nation-wide. Once Blair has identified an interested victim, Blair will put together a design proposal, and once agreed upon, will insist on receiving half or all of money up-front. Blair prefers to be paid in cash or check. Once Blair has received the victims money, he will rarely if ever provide original receipts or invoices to substantiate payment on behalf of the victim (United States and Canadian victims). Blair will then have one of his "web developers" download a free blank website template or skin and attempt to re-sell others copy-written material as his own. Victims will then continue to call and email Blair to get updates on how their website is progressing but to no avail: he simply disappears and victims become tired of tracking this scam artist down. Sound familiar??? Thought so.

ALERT: BLAIR STRASSER is making any and all attempts to become invisible from his victims via deleting his Thomas Group website (ttgdallas.com now appears as riveroffers.com), look carefully, his latest RiverOffers.com is really a COVER for his latest fraud-based scam called Focus Point Marketing. Blair's MerchantCircle account has been pulled from the MerchantCircle as Blair fraudlently claimed that he was an advisor to the firm (MerchantCircle NEVER heard of Blair before!).

In order to expedite processing the high volume of nation-wide victims coming forward to report how Blair Strasser victimized them through fraud and deceptive practices concerning Blair's web-site development scam and/or credit-card processing scam, FIRSTLY, report to your LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT at the town or city level. This data will be compiled on a state-by-state basis as individuals, businesses, charities, and non-profits have been victimed on the NATIONAL level.  SECONDLY, save all pertinent data and information Blair may have provided you as this creates a "paper" and "email" trail for Blair which further supports further action (Invoices, agreements, -especially financial documents showing payment for services which ultimately went un-rendered, etc.). THIRDLY, there are still many additional victims out there who have not been contacted directly as this scam has continued for quite some length of time and through a broad range. If you have information, know of other potential victims, or unsuspectingly referred others to Blair's scam's, please encourage them to come forward and report their experience to LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT.
