 About several months ago my girlfriend decided to rent her home to a woman named Blanca Judith Otero. She did not ask her to file a lease because she is trusting and fells she has a good judge of character. One day "Blanca", stops paying rent and starts avoiding my girlfriend, my girlfriend sends multiple emails and text asking for rent or some communication as to what is going on. "Blanca" does not reply, just simply avoids her all day and sneeks in at night. Meanwhile, the expenses pile up, they break my kids swing, trampoline, de-face my kids dolls, rip-up couch's and heavily stain carpet without ever fixing or cleaning after themselves. She paid only $200.00 and after continuing to live there for the rest of the month, finally tells us that she is moving out. She refuses to give a forwarding address, removes her license plates, and leaves our home with broken windows and outstanding bills. BEWARE!
