Placed order with company regarding window blinds for house (26) blinds in all with total of $1850.00. Immediatly billed by credit card. I have been unable to check on my order, no one answers phones, they have a recording stating that they are upgrading services to provide better service to it's customers. This recording has been on for two weeks.
