Bliss Computers Has Misleading Warranty...doesn't support Screens it sells Union City New Jersey

Dropped a laptop and broke the screen. Never happened to me before and, while I generally feel comfortable working on desktop, I was scared about replacing the laptop screen and waited until a friend of mine could help me. Since it was going to be a while, I checked their return policy. Cool. They have a 120 day warranty that covers everything (so I thought).

I opened the box and inspected the monitor for damage, returned it (still wrapped) into the box and let it sit until my friend could help me.

We sucessfully installed the unit only to find that there was internal breakage and it looked about like my other screen. I contacted the company via email for an RMA. No response after two days.

I called in and was told that "physical damage" isn't covered even though their warranty policy doesn't state that and is contradictory. Was transferred to Adam who indicated that noboy other than he can make these sorts of decisions at the company and his answer was no.

Their warranty policy is designed to make people like me feel comfortable, but then they simply don't back it up.
