One month after cancelling my online subscription my bank account was charged for 3 movies which were returned 3 weeks before. I called Blockbuster and asked why I was being charged $66.00, they said because I hadn't returned the movies and they would check their stock. Each movie has its own code number on its sleeve, I said wouldn't you know if it was returned and sent out to another customer? I was told she didn't know. When I asked for the corporate office number I was told they don't give out that information. Called 2 stores (one is where I returned the movies) and was told the same thing.
