I read the two reports here after doing business with Blog Oh Blog and am not surprised. As soon as I bought my theme, the owner of the company Jai stopped answering my emails. I had to use WordPress support for help. I think he bought the website from someoneelse along with the existing themes and just doesn't have the knowledge required to run such a business.
