I ordered two products from Bloodroot Products (also known as Rising Sun Health) which I never received. I phoned them twice about it and they would not return my calls. You only get a voice mail that says they are on the phone with another customer and to leave a message. I had to order over the phone as they do not have their site set up where you can place items in a cart. When I ordered, I was told their website wasn't ready yet but would be in a week, which has not been true. I have since caught on that they only return your phone call if you leave a message saying you "want to place an order" but if you leave a message about your order that hasn't arrived, they won't call back. The woman who took my order told me she could probably charge me only $5.00 postage (instead of their much higher postage). She also talked me into ordering two of the same product "for the same postage." Their phone numbers are: 406-322-3857. Other numbers for them online are: 406-223-9949 or 406-222-9949. They used the name "Garden Well" to take the $36.90 out of my checking account and gave the phone# 406-223-3595. When you phone Garden Well, you only get a voice mail. The address given for them at Bloodroot Products is 1313 W. Part St., Ste#1, Livingston, MT 59047. The Rising Sun Health site gives: PO Box 314, Livingston, MT 59047.

Finally received package today

I finally received a package from them today with my order. The address on the package said it was from "Risingsun Health/The Garden Well" with the same address as I found for the Child Well Clinic! However, there was NO packing slip included--NOTHING to show I had ordered what I did or anyway to return it if I wanted to. I still would never order from them again due to many of the reasons I previously gave. I also read some postings on another site (CureZone) of a few others who have had trouble ordering from Bloodroot Products or Rising Run Health, so I'm not the only one.
I still never received any call back to the two phone messages I left, nor have I received any acknowledgment of my two emails sent to several of their email addresses.
The red flags should have been how they had no 1-800 # on their site and no way to place anything in a shopping cart, so you were forced to phone them and leave a message that you "wanted to order." Plus, they never even mentioned (when I ordered) about sending me an email confirmation with a tracking number! I was stupid enough to trust them and not to ask for one. Pretty shady if you ask me. Never order from a website that is set up like this! I'm still glad we had our debit card # changed.

Bloodroot Products in MT using address of a well child clinic

In doing a search on the address for Bloodroot Products (a.k.a. Rising Sun Health) in Livingston, MT, it turns up that they are using the same address and zip code as the one listed for Park County Well Child Clinic (a private company categorized under County Government Offices). The Park County Well Child Clinic has a different phone# than Bloodroot Products and Rising Sun lists on their websites, though. If the clinic had a website, I could have contacted them to let them know their address is being used falsely. Hopefully someone else will look into this. I also notified my bank before Bloodroot Products attempts to withdraw any more money from my checking account.
