Complete rip off.

$75 dollar flowers, delivered 1/2 a day late, broken and missing.

Customer service proposed that I send them back to Bloomex for a refund (imagine, trying to mail back flowers) and even then, I could only expect a credit.

I had been embarrassed in front of my girlfriend by that point, why would I risk another shoddy delivery?

No satisfaction here, beware when buying flowers from Bloomex... buy local, avoid getting burned.
