Blount County Sheriffs office The sheriff deputees invaded my home while me and my fiance where home with automatic weapons drawn calling me a (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))) Maryville, Tennessee

On Thursday Dec 2, 2010 me and my fiance were sitting in our apt playing Playstation. we get a knock on the door. My fiance got up to answer it. when she looked out of our sliding glass door, nobody was there. Thinking that it was our neighbor freind, she opened the door. All of a sudden 6 sheriff deputees force their way into our home, 4 with automatic guns with beams on them and made us get on the floor. While all this commotion was going on, me and my fiance were asking them again and again and again what was going on. They acted as if we were speaking another language because they payed us no attention. They just continued on with no explanation. I was walking back to my bedroom as they forced themselves in my home. The cops told me that if I walk back into my dark room, they would kill me. The two cops forced me down in my bedroom with guns and lights aimed at my head and said, "put your hands up and get on the floor (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))) or your'e a dead man"(I am African American). They searched me and went around my room searching for lord knows what. they then made us sit in our living room in one of my chairs. The cop that wasnt waving around a high powered semi-automatic weapon was doing all the talking. he then started to ask us questions. they were looking for a man named Craig kellog or something. Ive been in this city for 8 months. I know nobody. they were extemely persistent with trying to associated us with strangers that we dont know from adam and Eve. Once they checked my and my fiances IDs and looked up our records to find out that we werent lying and we arent from Maryville, TN they gathered up and left, leaving us traumatized. I havnt been able to sleep in my bedroom. thats the same place cops had to machine guns with beams aimed at my head on my own bedroom floor. I have never commited a crime in my lfe. Ive never even had a speeding ticket. what can i do to fight back? My neighbor saw the whole thing unfold. after they left, i was talking to my neighbor and he told me that the man they were looking for lived in this very apt 4 or more years ago. there were numerous  people have stayed in this apt since then. this is just not right....somone please help me fight these people
