Blu Flame E-Cigs Ordered a FREE TRIAL of starter pack for no flame E-cigs. There were no terms and conditions. Just the free trial for $4.95. A week later they took out $99.06. I called they said it was n terms and conditions I went back re read and no there is not. I am very careful about that. My account was overdrawn and I had to cancel my debit card. After multipe arguments on the phone they said to return the product and I would get a refund. Have not seen it yet so I filed a claim with my bank. They need to be put out of business or in my opinion in jail for using the fact that you are desperate to quit smoking to steal from people. Miami Beach Florida

 I am desperate to quit smoking. I see a really too good ot be true offer but I read all terms and conditions that they had. It was for a free trial of the e-cigs. I was getting the starter kit for just shipping and handling which was for $4.95.

They took out the $4.95 and I did recieve the starter kit. I week later I was checking on my checking account and saw that they took 99.06 out of my account.  There was nothing in terms and conditions about this or any other amount coming out and they had not sent me anything else to charge me for. I called them they tell me that the $99.06 is for the full price of the free trial. Now what sense does that make?

The woman wanted to show me around the website that I supposedly ordered from and read the terms and conditions. Well it was a completely different site. I told her this and after she got a little angry with me she told me to send hte product back at my expense and they would refund the money. I have yet to sent refund and do not think I ever will. I have filed a claim with my bank but with no result there yet either.

This company needs to be out of business or in jail. Taking peoples desperate attempts to quit smoking and to get healthy and exploiting that to steal from people.
