Blue Haven Pools Discrimination - Embedded Sexist Company Logo without authorization Lewisville Texas

I contracted to build a "cloud shaped" pool in my backyard.

I scheduled myself to work from home during the installation so that any issues would be immediately addressed.

The first problem was that they installed the light in the exact place I ask them not too, even though I reviewed the placement for the light numerous times with the project manager. When I walk out of my back door I am blinded by this very bright light. I let that slide knowing I could buy a filter to make the light less blinding.

The crowning event was when I was told the pool was finished. I walked out of my back door and found a "Haven Pool Logo" on the first step into the pool I waited all my life to enjoy.

The logo is a 1950's female diving. Her breasts are very pointed and in my opinion degrading to all women. No one ever told me that I had to pay to promote Blue Haven Pools. Frankly - I want my money back!!!

I ask that it be removed from my pool and was told that it could not be done.

I am the Mother of 4 Sons, 1 Daughter; Grandmother to 3 Granddaughters and 3 Grandsons.

Blue Haven Pools needs to be sued!!!!!!
