Blue Haven Pools Horrible Experience From the Start! ripoff Morganville, New Jersey

Blue Haven Contractors have been a nightmare from the beginning. My Aunt has been working with them on her pool contract since March of 2006. Her pool is still not finished to date. Every step of the way has been a horrible experience. The Sales Manager never returning phone calls, pushing her work further and further behind schedule, he waited until last minute to apply for the town permits, and the list goes on.

The worst part, was the lying throughout this process. Bob, the sales manager, would never answer her phone calls. I would have to call up as a different person in order to get him on the phone. We asked repeatedly if the town permits were submitted and he assured they were and we would be swimming in her pool by July of 2006. Well, as it turns out, he never applied with the town or the state for permits. We found out when we called the township and they said permits have not been filed yet. Once that nightmare passed, onto the next issue.

Customer service there was horrible. It was impossible to get anyone to come to the house to pick out the tile or color scheme she preferred. Finally, this spring, it seemed that the pool would be completed in time for the Summer 2007. We were in the final stages of this pool and my Aunt spent 20 minutes on the phone with the Sales assistant explaining the exact color she wanted the pool water to appear. She sent photo's and was very specific as to the color she wanted the water to appear. Well, of course they couldn't even get this part of the job right. The color she wanted was a royal blue, what she received is aqua blue/green blue. She has been scrubbing the sides as instructed and the color is not getting any darker.

It is unbelievable that someone will spend thousands of dollars and be treated as though they just bought a cheeseburger at a fast food joint. This company needs to seriously work on customer service, customer satisfaction, and following through on promises. Obviously, it is not just my Aunt's experience as people are complaining in EVERY state about Blue Haven Pool. Please do research and investigage prior to using Blue Haven Pool. They over promise and UNDER deliver! Let's see how long it takes for Blue Haven to fix this ERROR! Will keep you posted~
