Blue Haven Pools Ripoff, expired permits, 13 months and still no Diamond Brite Loxahatchee Florida

Blue Haven has not completed my pool, not even installed the Diamond Brite and it's been over a year! The deck is falling apart, the permits are expired and there are no lights where the covers are in the decking.
I get no response to my phone calls.

The managers are always "in a meeting" or "on the phone" or "at lunch" or something but available. It started out very well with a song and a dance from the salesperson but things dragged on from there failing one inspection after another until the permits finally expired.

My next action is to hire an attorney.
This will hopefully show that Blue Haven Pools is not a reputable company and should be run out of town.
