Blue Haven Right Yard Wrong Pool ripoff Costa Mesa California

I contracted with Blue Haven to build a pool. I okayed the Blue Print. They did not follow the agreeded on blue print, but built another pool. They added charges because they said that they added extra feet that was not in the contract. Many Many weeks later, I had someone else's pool in my yard. I did not like many of the features.

I was told to get an attorney and sue them. I obtained an attorney paid the retainer fees and was certain, I would get the pool that I wanted. Wrong!!! Blue Haven would not talk to the attorney in my presence. I had to go into the house and wait. The attorney agreeded that Blue Haven was correct without even measuring the partially constructed pool. It was a night mare.

After some research, I discovered that Blue Haven has been sued before and lost the case. They also keep moving their office and changing their contractor's license number by having a different person register with the state when they change their numbers. This bunch of con artists have moved from Riverside county to Orange county. I would like to see them sued again or some type of punishment for them.
