Blue Hippo, i ordered from bluehippo.com in 10/08 i followed there rules and still did not receive my computer, they kept telling in 5-7-9 payments i would receive my computer and never did! baltimore, Maryland

hello my name is kistha elliott from newark, nj and when i first contacted bluehippo it was oct. 08 i enterd into a contract with bluehippo for bi-wkly payments i was first told i would have my computer after 5 payments were made then no computer i complained and i was told no in 7 payments then it was in 9 payments and still no computer.


i continued to complain until i just cancelled out my contract and of course i couldn't get my $599 back but i could go online bluehippo.com and order a computer from there warehouse which wasn't custom built but new. so i did bluehippo asked for and additional$61.82 for shipping and additional funds to cover the price of the computer.


they.bluehippo has received said money since may,13 09 and in 4 and 1/2 months later NO COMPUTER i have complained continuously and no manager or supervisor has ever come to the phone they say managers and supervisors don't communicate with the customers i also was told on aug.27.09 that a manager left a note stating that i would receive my computer in 2-3 weeks well NO COMPUTER still i told them i would contact the news media eventually get a lawyer because they are scam artist and that they have my money but i don't have the product and all they ever say is give it more time i want to warn everyone to stay clear of bluehippo they will rip your off and i hope justice will prevail !

Would have been better off...

to save up the money spent on worthless bluehippo and bought yourself a new computer from a Walmart or BestBuy, no delivery charges and no baloney contracts. Could have even had the latest laptop computer for what they charged you. Sue them in court to get a refund of your money and tell them to go straight to heck and get on the news media in your area to tell your story and warn others against contacting or contracting with such a worthless outfit.
