I have ordered a desk top computer for my children. I am a single parent and the offer was very attractive. I called and gave Blue Hippo my information. I paid $99.00 activation fee and my bi-weekly payments were 87.96. After the first payment I called to ask to cancel my account and they offered me a $500.00 Target gift certificate. I stayed with them for another two weeks but something was not right. I called to asked for the shipping documents and they took 3 weeks before they faxed it to me. I signed it and faxed it back to them. I call after my third bi-weekly payment and I was still getting the same old story to call back within 7-10 business days because the computers have to give me a shipping date. I called today May 11th, 2006 and spoke to a representative and he will not cancel my account. I called back and the next person (or same person) said he cancelled the account. He informed me that I will loose all the money that I had invested with them and that the payment for May 12,2006 will still be deducted from my account. I called my bank and put a stop payment on their debit transactions. I will have to close my account eventually.


I was very humiliated because I asked the last representative for his name he said his name was Steve Wayne and he continueously laughed until I hung up the phone.

What kind of monsters are allowed to open businesses and prey on innocent people.
