Blue Hippo They wont give me back my money! They have a call center in Mexico, cant contact "UPPER MANG" Baltimore Maryland

I was a single mother of three and needed a computer for my kids for school work. I couldn't afford to go buy one for cash, so I called Blue Hippo after I saw their ad on TV. They debited my bank account for over a year and wanted my bank statements as well I refused to give it to them and I told them I wanted my money back and to forget about the computer, this was in July of 07. I have called the "call center" many times, which is the only way to contact them I guess.

I faxed them a letter threatening them with my Attorney and I finelly recieved a letter over two months ago telling me I would get my refund in 45 days, less the 175.00 cancelation fee. The way I see it is they owe me interest for keeping my money in their bank instead of giving it back to me!I need my money desperatly as I'm sure most people who bought their line of bull does!
They owe me over 1200.00 and I want it now!.
