I called blue hippo to buy a computer. they took three payments out of my account. I decided that I didn't want to buy this computer so I tryed to cancel the order . when I tryed to call to cancel I got thru one time to a live person. That person was a male he said he couldn't help me but he would transfer me to the cancelation department. so he transfered me I was on hold for thirty minutes then I was diconnected so I called back no luck.
finley I decided to email them. I emailed them twice. Finey A women from blue hippo emailed me back and said that if I wanted to cancel I had to call costomer service @ 1 800 778 4018 and they will be able to assist you.So I emailed her again and this time I told her I had been trying to cancel my order for two weeks and that I was going to turn ther company in and that I stopped any more money from coming out of my account.
