This company y engages in fraudulent and, unethical and illegal business practices. According to Mr. tall they currently owe the State of Washington over $800K in unpaid sales taxes. They sell medical equipment and supplies for cash in order not to pay sales taxes.
They sold us two used O2 concentrators over two and a half months ago. One was a portable battery operated one requiring an A/C auto adapter for car charging purpose. They said that they would order to A/C charger and over that two plus period they said it had been ordered and would be here the following week. After two months of this BULL we called two weeks ago and were told that the unit had been shipped and they had the tracking number for the unit that was shipped and it would be here Wednesday of last week.
It never showed up, We called and asked for the tracking number that they said they had and were stoned walled for 8 days saying that the only person that had that information was Mr. Tall. We left five messages for Mr. Tall to call us with the tracking number. He never called back.
Today I stated that if I did not receive that tracking number I was going to file complaints with every State and Federal agencies that have a vested interest in his lies and shenanigans.
When I told him this, he laughed and said to go ahead. He also tried to put the claim of the tracking number on his clerk. He also implies that my wife had lied.
During the over two months that we have had the equipment, the one unit has been back in for repairs twice, for a total of five days without use.
The second unit has been in for repairs for a total of three times with a total of nine days without use.
I am filing formal complaints with Medicare, Medicaid, all of the Health insurance companies in the State of Washington to alert them to his practices and to suggest that they check his patient rolls to see if other patients have had problems with this company.
I am trying to get this company de-certified as a medical equipment and o2 supplier in this state.
His business activities threaten the health and peace of those in need of O2 supplies and equipment.

I have contacted the State this evening and they are emailing me a list of all medical insurance companies on Monday. I will be contacting each of these companies by Wednesday. Therefore time is of the essence if you wish to be included in our complaint.
