After giving Blue Tax $2,500 as a deposit and after 7 months, I have seen no resolution to my problem.  After speaking with Daniel Jones on the phone, I was assured that they would get a resolution to the problem.  Each time I phone Daniel, he wanted more paperwork which never resolved any issue.  I felt like it was a intimidating tactic Blue Tax uses so that they can stall as long as possible. It has been 7 long months and meanwhile I must continue to pay the IRS a large amount every month.  I am retired, on a fixed income and I cry because I feel there is no resolution in sight.  I want a refund because nothing was resolved.  They lied to me and should be prosecuted for what they promise and cannot deliver!

After receiving email from Ripoff Report Blue Tax was supposed to notify me either by phone or email.  It has been two months and I have not heard a word from Blue Tax.  I don't believe this is a reputable company and I would never recommend it to anyone.  I don't believe they were honest about fixing their reputation.  I don't believe they will give any amount of money back to the people they ripped off.  It is a shame that people in America do this to other people of America.  We should all try to help one another and not rip off from somebody who does not have the means.

My name is Isai Cortez, Esq. and I have not worked at Blue Tax since the end of May 2012.  I have no idea why this consumer thinks I am a part of their issue with the company.  I never heard of any complaints regarding me during my time there.

Consumer claims they paid 7 months prior.  That would mean January of 2012 since this report was written July of 2012.  I only worked at Blue Tax from March 2012 through end of May 2012.  I don't know why she is tagging me in the post, but I respectfully request that my name gets taken off the heading.  Thank you so much and I am sorry that you are having problems with Blue Tax.
