Iam a grandmaw that has 3 grandchildren and a son at home ages range 5-5-14-9 .we saw the TV ad for a nice looking above ground pool costing $349 installed so i looked up www.blue world pools and a box was there to click live talk. i talked to an amy i told her i was interested in the above ground pool costing $349 installed she told me a rep will be calling me no sooner than i got off line they did and they set up a time to come out the time was 4-1-08 at 10:30 am and the guy will be here for 90 min to look over where i was gonna put the pool. after things was went over and the cost came out i told him i was on a fixed income and it was too high of payments and i didnt want the pool many many times then Thomas the salesman called his boss he said and put me on the phone with him this went on 2 diffrent times then i was told to get the deal i would have to be willing to show the pool( it was called a show pool) cause there is none in my area. i gave the guy 200.00 down payment i had nothing but cash Thomas said he would get an money order from down the street. the whole thing lasted from 10:30am to 2:30pm i was worn out the cost of the pool winded up being $11,721 at $275.00 a month. i couldnt sleep at all that night over how dumb i was the contrack said you have 3 days to cancel . so 4-2-08 i did i copyied the agreement and wrote i want to cancel and i over night expressed mailed and paid for them to have to sign for it .it so it could be there fast and there would be proof. it has the time stamped on it from my state to there and whom signed for it.I sent the express 2 diffrent times within mintues of each other. your supost to get your refund in 10 days i talked to amy again heres what was said on 4-Please wait for a site operator to respond.

linda: hello i cancled my contract and i still have not recived my refund it has been 14 working days as of today

linda: okay cause the contrack says 10 bus days for a refund your company is over that
linda: yes thats the correct phone #
Amy: Ok
Amy: Ok
Amy: I will have someone contact you
linda: thank you

**I have took out my phone # to post this message nobodies has called yet 4-24-08. so i dont know if my refund will come or if they will still try to del this pool i know with no responce from this company i have to stay on gaurd.this kind of selling must be stopped and refunds need to be giving back. if anyone can help on this matter please let me know

Refund has been Refunded it took 30 days but it did come after a few more calls and I reported then to the BBB of Reno NV. Please make sure when you get this pool or any services you check them out before deciding to buy and if you have a 3 day cancel make sure you do that and over night express it will save you time and you will have proof. Good luck to all and i hope it works out well.
