Despite reading the way Bluebird deals with our mailed in & their mobile app deposits, you have to deal with the faulty customer services that are located either in India or The Philippines.  These individuals really cannot assist you in any meaningful manner.  

I went through a very difficult and painful deposit procedure due to the fact that my account was not properly activated nor had the correct documentation.  Mind you, I had to show proof of who I was when I made the first deposit and had to answer private information via the American Express web site that was related to my IRS information.   My deposit turmoil of a United States Treasury Check took 5 months and I was still not able to get their Salt Lake City office to hasten my deposit by reducing the 6 days to 4 days.  The moment my check was recieved by the Salt Lake office it took them 3 additional days before it was posted as "processing" in addition to their 6 workings day.  How do I know this little fact? I had a tracking on my mail sent to their office.  

We all know that it takes less than 12 hours for banks to pull their funds.  Now that this is a free account, I can understand their desire to make money but their time limits are obscene.
