Bluebird Amex prepaid debit card Huge rip off!!!! New York/Puerto Rico Internet

 This card after me reporting a stolen card and fraudulent charges closed my account. When I got the email saying it was due to a violation of the member agreement section 22d. I called the company and was told to go read the section of the agreement to find out what I did. I let the CS representative that I couldn't do that because I couldn't even log in to get to the member agreement. The guy who spoke horrible English then got angry and hung up. I called back and got a woman that time. I again asked why my card was canceled. She said the same thing ( again horrible English). I asked to talk to her supervisor, was put on hold for 30 minutes to have her come back to tell me that there wasn't a supervisor available to talk with me. She said to leave my name and number and a supervisor would get back to me later that day. Been 2 weeks of me calling several times a day and still no idea why or if I'll get my almost $400 returned to me! I would warn everyone about this horrible theifing card and company! Beware of the "no fees" lure! They will steal from you!
