Bluebonnet Properties, Inc Mr Mickey Lavi owner Co. owner did't comply with contract Waco Texas

This report is to communucate our dissatisfation for the lack of effort exhibited by Blue bonnet Properties, inc in order to comply with signed contract for the propert management located at Waco TX.

There were issues reported to firm in order to correct them before rent the property again. After home inspection after the renter lives the property it was found , broken window, windows without screens. broken air conditioning temperature broken, water stain all over the interior of house, shelf pulled outfrom wall and hanging, clothes hook on door partially pulled out of doors, inside of door with holes punched on it

There are more thatn ten more destruction found in the house that were reported to Bluebonnet Properties, Inc and they told me were not true because the house condition was ok.

The condition of property was so affected that the next person who was going to rent it didn't do so.

In fact the property management Bluebonnet never provided and inspection of the house before the tenant moved and they  never charged with the repairment to tenet from the deposit the gave when rented the property.

Taking in consideration the above I terminated the contract agreement with Bluebonnet Properties, Inc.

I decided with my wife to not rent the house again and put it on sale. We to invest thouthands to put the house in shape to sell it. In fact I lost more that 20K in the sale.
