Now Joe has a buddy in on it. It's funny how this works. Joe conducts business dishonestly, and gets called out for it. Then he lashes out at the person who called him out...and gets his buddy Charles to lie as well.

I offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, yet I've never heard from either of these individuals who have been "ripped off." I would be happy to refund their purchase price if they are unhappy with the purchase. They simply need to contact me and give me their order number.

Amazon is not in the business of protecting their sellers scams. They have their own reputation at stake and if they have to make a choice between the customer and the seller, they almost always side with the customer, as do I, becuase the customer comes first.

It's pretty hard to rip folks off when offering a 100% Satifaction Guarantee as well as a lifetime warranty on your product. Feel free to check out the product reviews on Amazon. The quality of my products speaks for itself.
