Bluegreen Resorts Bluegreen Vacations, Bluegreen Corporation, Full of Lies, They Promised 50-75% off on Airfare, Promised to Buy my 5 Timeshares if I buy, Misrepresented Las Vegas Nevada

 We were invited to attend this presentation in exchange for a 2 night stay for $100.  We told the salesperson that we already own 5 timeshares and we don't intend to buy another one because we have not used those 5 timeshares.  Our children don't want any of them because they don't want to pay the maintenance fees each year.  The salesman made some promises that if we buy, he will have a company contact us to buy those timeshares from us so we can eliminate paying for maintenance fees.  Another sales pitch was that their company offers 50-75% discount on airfares so my husband and I will pay only $500 round trip to the Philippines instead of $1200 per person.  He also said that we can use our points for a cruise and save thousands of dollars.

Right after I came home, I checked all the information he gave me and to my disappointment, all were false information and everything was a total lie!  I called the sales agent and I told him I want to cancel but he said wait until after January 1st because my name is not yet in the system.  I called the telephone numbers provided in the contract but for 3 days their office was closed due to inclement weather according to the voice messages.  The salesperson really pushed me to wait after the recission period so I will not be able to cancel.  When I found out that he lied and he just wanted us to buy so he can get his commission, I called the bank to file a dispute on the charges even though it was past the recission period since Bluegreen Resorts committed fraud and misrepresentation, then I'm entitled to a refund.
