Bluegreen Vacation Club Timeshare ripoff treating employees just as bad as they do their customers Gatlinburg Tennessee

I worked for Bluegreen in Gatlinburg, MountainLoft Resort. I became pregnant during my employment with them. I was unable to do heavy lifting and I had a slip from the emergency room stating that ia was not to do any heavy lifting. I was one to voice my opinion on things that were happening within our resort. If I had an idea I would voice it. However managment didn't like it. Once I was pregnant they wanted to use this as an ascuse. They tried everything to get me to quit. I decided that I needed my insurance so I transferred to a different department. I was then told 3 weeks later that it "was not working out" but that they would find me a position so I could keep my insurance. The reason it was "not working out" was because I was gone for 3 days (with a doctor's note.)

I called several times for 2 weeks to find out if they had found a position for me. They told me they would keep looking that nothing was available. However I had friends that informed me that they had hired 4 different people after nothing was available for me. I got a bill stating that my insurance had been cancelled the day the had told me they would find me a position. So they lied to my face, never intending on me to keep working. If they had told me I could've prepared for having no insurance during my pregnancy. Bluegreen has no respect for employees and lie to every and anyone. I would no longer trust bluegreen and hope that no one else will either.
