I initially purchased Blue Green in 2001 and then went on my honeymoon in 2004 and used my Bluegreen for the first time At that time my husband and I were convinced to update.
We were informed that it would decrease or take away our maintenance fees however we are still being charged large maintenance fees. Since that time I have developed serious health problems and I am unable to work at this time. My health problems will continue the rest of my life and we have attempted to sell the time share. We have contacted penical to sell it and that has well over a year going onto two years. At that time I did receive a letter from them that they started the process, however I have heard nothing since.
We have not been able to use the time share since our honeymoon. The disability that I am receiving is about to end and I have no income as I remain to be unable to work. I have filed for disability through the state, however that is a long process as I am finding out.
