File a formal complaint with the Attorney General in OK. If enough people do this, they will most likely file a lawsuit on Bluesh*t. Also, try to file a complaint with the BBB, just don't expect too much from them as Bluesh*t pays them hefty fees in exchange for their endorsement (AAA rating)

When did you last check the stock market.

BG has been at around $6 for at least 12 to 18 months and went up to $12 on july 21st(when DRI said they would pay $15 per share) then back down to $3.06 when the markets took a real dive then back up to just over $5 today (almost back to to what they were before all the crashes, not a lot of compaines have been able to regain lost ground.
This indicates that the markets consider it a good buy but what do they know they have not been in touch with Expert Robin

So come on if your going to quote facts and fig. at least get them right.

I decided to go on Yahoo! myself only to discover that there are alot of people on there who are also VERY UNHAPPY with their purchases from Bluegreen.

I also found out that the current CEO is being paid 1.6 million $$$ of YOUR (bluegreen owners') money every year only to run this already failing company into the ground.

Also, Diamond Resorts is currently trying to purchase Bluegreen in a buy-out and they can't secure the necessary financing to do so.

Bluegreen's stocks are dropping and are down from just over $24. to just $7.50 a share.

Not a very wise investment from where I sit??

Not to mention all of the lawsuits being filed against them- not from money hungry class-action lawyers but, from Attorney General's offices where you will see most if not ALL of your money in the end.

So, my advice to all of you unhappy owners is to go to your local Attorney General's website and fill out a complaint form on Bluegreen. They will also have a toll-free phone number for you to call to have a form sent to your residence.

Yes I am one of the lucky ones who can take more holidays than you but that does not make me less hard working than you, if you think you are hard done by then come over here pay double for your petrol (gas) be taxed on your earnings then taxed on you gas then taxed on you tax we dont have all those wonderful tax breakes you have in the US, I have raised my kids on one wage the average house loan over here is almost $440,000.
Right having said that Vegas should have been ready by end 2007 it wasnt due to work stopping because of a hostale take over attempt building restarted after it was sorted .
No availability on the thursday before Mermorial day this year I could have had 5 days (I wanted 7 so did not take it but kept my Sunshine reservation) for a unit at The Fountains ie 2 days before one of your major holidays.
Have you tried to get another lower interest loan to pay off the one at 15.9%
Ther are lots of ways to deal with this so instead of blaming someone else when you got yourselve into this mess do something about it join the Bluegreen group on Yahoo ask what you can do and yes you will be told you should not have borrowed money to buy timeshare but like many before and many after you you have and thats the end of that.
Stop feeling sorry for yourself and get off your backside and get some use out of those points.
