Bluegreen got lied to,trcked into contract not once but twice Gaitlinburg Tennessee

my wife and i went to tenn. in august 2006 to get away.my mother just died in june 2006.we fell for the free gift just listen for 90 min.sales pitch.3 plus hours later we were taled into getting 7000 points.at that time they said no real estate taxes.in dec. we took my wifes daughter and her family to gaitlinburg for christmas vacation.we checked in and was told go to first meeting.we went got talked into another 5000 points.was told no difference in mainantance fees no matter how many points.no difference.we were all feeling the grief and got us in a false mood of enjoyment.we have regreted ever since.322.00 every month.now we get hit with a 742.00 bill for fees,real estate taxes,assements.we cant afford to vacation now.we put it up for sale with pinnacle.theyve gotten over 5000.00 from us.we put up for sale just payoff amount.we lose they gain.we cant make it they wont take back,buy back,nothing.we dont know to default or go bankrupt on it.anybody help.
