After making a verbal agreament with this company over the phone~ that was actualy pretty reasonable~ We recieved the written contract two weeks latter that was not what we agread to over the phone~ numerous attempts to contact the customer service reps led to many hours on hold ( we never did get through) as of this date we still have not been able to contact any individule from the company
