On 5/4/2017 BluePay.com initiated ten (10) $500 unauthorized fraudulent withdrawals from my checking account. I was neither contacted by phone call or email informing me of the transactions that BluePay took upon themselves to perform theft from my checking account in the amount of $5,000. I made several calls to BluePay during the last week of April of 2017 asking why funds from processed Sales were not being deposited into my account and asked if there were any issues regarding my account, which I was obviously lied to during multiple phone calls because my account truly was on hold for whatever reason they could formulate to justify stealing the entire $8,048 worth of hard earned sales for the month of April 2017. Please Help me with this issue I am facing due to the fact that I have to purchase ongoing sales that are being shipped to paying customers with tracking numbers and conformation of delivery via signatures that BluePay is completely ignoring. Blue Pay has removed the option for me to issue refunds to the customers as a means to be able to retain all sales for the month of April as well. I am in need of legal help in this matter. Please contact me as soon as possible.
