Spyzooka Support Awesome!

I am disheartened to have recently read the comments degrading BluePenguin and their Spyzooka software. 

* I have recently been in contact with them regarding obtaining a partial refund.
* I was able to easily email their support from their website.
* I received an immediate reply with a ticket number and tracking information.
* Within 48 hours I was contacted with their offer of refund per my request.
* They continued to respond in a timely fashion to my continued questions about the refund via Paypal.
* They even reminded me when I did not respond to them to make sure my ticket was closed!!!  Now how many companies do that!

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. FOR MONEY BACK to the consumer!!!
In a situation where they clearly had a choice to refund my money or not, I was impressed that they did all they could to make sure I was satisfied with the transaction.
I would not hesitate to deal with this company again!

And their software worked fine. I just no longer had a need for it.
Just for the record.

Optional addon is indeed optional

I am a Spyzooka affiliate and wanted to report that the 'Optional Addon' is indeed optional.  How do I know that?  Well, I get commissions based on sales and the website automatically shows what was sold.  My sales logs show about 50% at $29.95 (Spyzooka only) and 50% at $39.95 (Spyzooka plus the optional Regzooka).



On a side note, I have found the company to be well represented by their management, quick to address any issues and very much like the product, which I use on my computers.

"Optional" addition is not optional

I considered purchasing SpyZooka.

On the check-out page is $29.95 for one computer, and the option for adding RegZooka for $10.00.

I do not want RegZooka,and clicked the "Remove" button.

The total shown was $39.95; not $29.95.

When I went to PayPal to complete the order, the total amount was still $39.95.

Furthermore, there is this statement when using PayPal: "BluePenguin Software Inc. requires a phone number to complete this order."

My telephone number is private.

If anyone at this company thinks he needs to reach me, he has a valid e-mail address, or may contact me via PayPal.
