BMA Management LTD Heritage Woods Of MtVernon Ilinois No refund MtVernon Illinois

On March 21 My wife placed her brother in Heritage Woods of MtVernon IL. Heritage Woods had made a valuation report which stated he was abel to become a resident of Heritage Woods. We moved him in on Mar.21th.  On Mar.24th they called my wife and informed her that she would have to move her brother do some problems he had. We  moved him on Mar 25 and ask for part of the money we had paid to be returned, we were told it was the policy not to refund anything after the 15th of the month. We informed them we only came in on the 21 and moved out on the 25. They told us they would contact management and see if they could refund part of our payment. On Mar.26 th we were informed that they would not refund any of our payment. We thank this is a ripoff
