We are listed under BMG AUTO and currently have an A rating

AUTHOR: BMG AUTO GROUP - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, August 26, 2012

We have several locations and we are an accredited BBB business with an A rating. We are listed as BMG AUTO Deatur Texas. It's amazing that we can even maintain an A rating with folks going on sites claiming they were ripped off when anyone with a lick of common sense knows if you buy a 10 year old used car you may have to do some maintenance on the vehicle. Also when it is clearly explained that you are buying a used car and it is AS-IS. So explain to me where is the rip off??

I would also like to thank all the good folks out there that have good old fashioned common sense and realize what AS-IS means and realize we are all responsible for our own vehicles. It makes me feel good to see total strangers from other states come to our defense as well as current customers. Gives me some hope that some Americans still have good values and common sense.

"Please take note that this is not a great company. in fact this person who is rebuttling lied and said that BMG Auto Group have a A+ rating with the BBB. Well you know i did my research, and sure enough this company is not listed with the BBB which means there is no such A+ rating with this POS of a company. but thanks for reminding me about the BBB because i just issued my complaint with the BBB as well."

They currently have a B- rating with the BBB...did you miss this or just lie?

I am with the dealership on this one!

AUTHOR: Leonado - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 08, 2012

While there are many instances of dealerships taking advantage of customers in this case I am with the dealership.

The buyer in question here has limited funds and wants a reliable vehicle yet she purchases a 10 year old BMW 530i, a  performance sedan which requires regular expert service and maintenance. The dealership has little to no knowledge how the car has been serviced by prior owners in the past ten years. Regardless, for a radiator to go bad after 10 years is nothing unusual for any vehicle. There is no legal nor moral duty for the dealership to pay for this repair.  Just get over it, Lady.

The way you present yourself here, Mrs. K, coupled with your weak evidence / case will not convince any judge in any court. Cases like yours with no merit are clogging up the Courts and bonafide cases get pushed back forever.

WTF

AUTHOR: Monica - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 07, 2012

Please take note that this is not a great company. in fact this person who is rebuttling lied and said that BMG Auto Group have a A+ rating with the BBB. Well you know i did my research, and sure enough this company is not listed with the BBB which means there is no such A+ rating with this POS of a company. but thanks for reminding me about the BBB  because i just issued my complaint with the BBB as well.

You see how they just lie after lie after lie. and im thinking this must be a company rep rebuttling because i know they have horrible cars. So is it you Jesse , or james, kenny (lol) lying about how great you are? ALSO HOW YOU KNOW MY LAST NAME STARTS WITH A K? AND  are you saying because it was a NO CREDIT CHECK loan  that your actions were justifiable?WOW now thats VERY BAD BUSINESS business! some people like myself use no credit check car lots for whatever reasons Basically thanks for acknowledging that your NO CREDIT CHECK  company purposely ripoff off because its a NO CREDIT CHECK.

FYI you are not the first NO CREDIT CHECK Company that i have dealt with. BY LAW on AS IS cars you MUST DISCLOSE EVERYTHING THAT'S WRONG WITH IT and youR company did not disclose the issues. because a RADIATOR and  OIL LEAK DOES NOT HAPPEN OVER NITE , IT GRADUALLY GETS WORSE,I ONLY HAD THE CAR 4 1/2 MONTHS, SO GO FIGURE. YOUR COMPANY IS A SCAM AND I PRAY BMG WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON. PUSH! PRAY UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS!

BMG AUTO GROUP is a Great Company

AUTHOR: BMG AUTO GROUP - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 07, 2012

I think it will be obvious to anyone reading this report what type of person we are dealing with here. First of all look at the grammar and spelling! She claims she is going to sue.  Sue on what legal grounds? She admits she purchased a car AS-IS with NO WARRANTY yet a small $400 radiator  repair is required 5 months after the sale of the car and she expected it to be paid for?

For everyone out there reading this Mrs. K**** called to our dealership yesterday and even after the salesman going way out on a limb to help her she cussed him and called him every name in the book including some very racially charged remarks.

Mrs. K**** is obviously the product of a very poor education and upbringing. We are one of the few NO CREDIT CHECK auto dealerships that maintain an A rating with the BBB. We strive to make every customer happy! In this case we were dealing with an individual that accepts no personal responsibility for her own life and insists that the "world" owes her something.

AUTHOR: Monica - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, August 06, 2012

Hey idiots I dont need an attorney to sue, in fact it's called small claims court! So even though i bought Asis does not mean I deserve this treatment and doesn't mean I can't win..most importantly I have an eye witness..so I will pay my 40 dollars to file and take my chances.and as for as the financial remarks eveb unless you're rich, everyone has ranned into situations, and I very doubt that your rich! So please dont bluff me! Remember. This is still a bad Rep for this POS of a Company. Its a win win situation because consumers are always searching the ripoff report.so even if 1person decides not to go to BMG based off my report them o have saved a consumer from spending money at this company. And 1 will soon multiply!Remember ripoff report. Never remove reports. Now who has the last laugh!

In most cases like this, the dealer offers NO warranty and you knew YOU didn't have one.

Good luck with your so called lawsuit....what a joke.

Who is your attorney and when is this going to court?

AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, August 06, 2012

What did you sue for...the fact that he "lied" to you?

AS-IS means YOU fix it.

IF you really have an attorney and he/she agreed to take your case, the attorney is less than honest in encouraging you to file an unwinnable lawsuit.....remember AS-IS !
Likely the forum idiot, "Josey Wails" will comment on my rebuttal...ignore him, his mind hasn't worked right since his failed 4th attempt at 3rd grade.

OMG BMG

AUTHOR: Monica - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, August 06, 2012

Like I first mentioned in my first report even though it was bought As Is and it broke down on me within 5months and i put down 3000 and car paymts of 260 evry 2weeks ,they should have offered to fix it..I did finally speak with James again and he finally agreed to fix my car ,with an eye witness with me,he said he will have radiator repaired all I have to pay was for half of the repairs which was 225amd my car note I gave 600 total on Fri 8/6/12 James told me to call him if i have anymore problems and he promised me.and the next night at night my car ranned hot again but I wasn't worried to much cus he said he would fix it..He lied to me and told me because I filed a rippoff report he would not repair my car and that I would have to pay for everything. So I'm suing! Please dont go to BMG they are A total POS!

Bought car AS IS Expects Bumper to bumper Warranty

AUTHOR: BMG AUTO GROUP - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, August 06, 2012

This individual files a compliant on ripoff report when in there own words there is clearly NO ripoff. We sold them a car AS IS no Warranty and they signed and agreed to buy the car this way. Over 4 months after they bought the car it needs a simple radiator? This is a very basic repair and when you buy a used vehcile you should have enough common sense to know that over 4 months in you might have to do some maintenance on any vehicle.

This person wants to blame BMG AUTO GROUP because the economy is tough? Because the economy is tough we should offer the metroplex FREE cars? I belive anyone with any common sense at all can see thru this slanderous claim. We pride ourselves in offering a service to anyone who has credit issues, We will help them get in a clean reliable car with NO credit check. We do sell our cars AS-IS No Warranty as do most BUY Here Pay Here stores. We are honest hard working people trying to provide a great service to other honest hard working individuals.

What does the WRITTEN warranty on this 10 year old used car, say?

AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 24, 2012

Does it say the dealer will repair all problems?

You did get a warranty, right?

This kind of trouble should be expected on a 10 year old car that probably has well over 100,000 miles on it.

" Trust me! and all James the store manager had to say i bought as is and i told him true but YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT SINCE HAVING THE CAR FOR ONLY A FEW MONTHS THEY WOULD FIX IT,AT THE LEAST THE FIRST ISSUES AND IF ANYMORE ISSUES THEN I WOULD TAKE CARE OF THEM AND HIS his people couldve have at least told me they do not repairs car or work with you."

You admit you bought it "as-is"...that means ALL repairs are on you.

Why would you "have thought" they would fix it? They also shouldn't need to tell a person with any sense that an "as-is" car will not be repaired at their expense or cost sharing.

It just doesn't work that way.

BTW, if you are already having "financial issues", you can't afford this car and shouldn't have bought it.  It's not the dealers problem, you have no financial savvy.

No, I DON'T work for them.
